I’m the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Join America, committed to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most through personalized insurance and financial solutions. With extensive experience in health insurance, Medicare, life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth protection, I believe every client deserves honest guidance, education, and a plan tailored to their unique goals. Originally from Colombia and now proudly serving communities across the country, I’m passionate about making insurance easy to understand. As a bilingual advisor, I take pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, compassion, and integrity.

I’ve been part of the insurance industry since 2002, serving in a variety of roles as both a licensed insurance agent and a member of management. Those experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of our clients’ needs and what it takes to build a successful agency. In my current role, I help manage our financial operations and compliance processes, ensuring our agency continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. I love being part of an organization that values integrity, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.

Licensed Agent & Compliance Specialist

I started in the insurance industry in 2022 as an assistant, and over the years I’ve grown into several roles. Today, I’m a licensed insurance agent, Compliance Specialist, and part of our Agent Operations team. I enjoy helping people understand their options so they can make informed decisions about their coverage. One of my favorite parts of this career is that every day is different — I get to keep learning, solve problems, and serve our clients well. My goal is simple: to make insurance easier to understand and to be someone people can count on.
